MARKETPLACE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vintage Kit is an umbrella under which anyone can sell their pre-loved gems.
Sales through the Marketplace are between buyer and seller - and are independent of Vintage Kit and its policy.
Vintage Kit is not liable for any lost, damaged or failed to deliver items procured through the Marketplace portal.
Though there is an item review process, Vintage Kit and its stakeholders do not take responsibility if a delivered item does not meet the standards advertised by the buyer.
Any disputes or refunds will have to be arranged privately between buyer and seller, and independent of Vintage Kit.
A listing fee of $4NZD will apply after December 1 2020 for any item, and 9% commission is charged at the point of sale.
Money is paid out to sellers within 48hours of the sale being finalized, though there may be delays of upto and in excess of 72 hours in rare cases.
